So... Siphon Strength is fun.
Here's the build I run, can't remember attributes, but I believe it's 12-ish in Deadly and Daggers, and.. uh... 9? in Critical.

[skill]siphon speed[/skill]
[skill]black spider strike[/skill]
[skill]black lotus strike[/skill] or [skill]horns of the ox[/skill] with Toxic Shock, for a different kinda spike
[skill]death blossom[/skill] or [skill]signet of toxic shock[/skill] with Horns for a different kinda spike
[skill]impale[/skill]
[skill]shadow walk[/skill] or [skill]mending touch[/skill] or [skill]restful breeze[/skill]
[skill]dash[/skill] or [skill]resurrection signet[/skill]
So you either go BSS > DB > BLS > DB > Impale ... or BSS > HotO > Impale > Toxic Shock. Either works, I prefer the 2 offhands because I can run around finishing stuff off in AB.
EDIT: To finish off, that was kinda a half post... Dunno how well it works in GvG or HA, but well... I thought this up with AB/RA in mind. Siphons I like because they can be used defensively to pretty much shutdown warriors, dervs and assassins, which seem to be the majority in AB. And it's fun to kill SP 'sins that deal 0 damage.
